Introduction to Voyager WCS

Voyager WCS is THG’s proprietary Autostore Management software, designed for use in fulfilment operations. This documentation covers both developer integration guides and guidance for using the interfaces associated with the WCS.

Voyager WCS (Warehouse Control System) serves as the central management platform for automated warehouse operations. It orchestrates the flow of goods through the Autostore system, managing everything from inbound receiving to outbound fulfilment.

It consists of two user interfaces, the administration interface, accessed through the Voyager WMS adminstrator web application and WCS Workflow, accessed by operatives at Autostore Ports.

  • Autostore Integration: Seamless control of automated storage and retrieval systems
  • Task Management: Efficient orchestration of pick, putaway, and inspection workflows
  • Inventory Control: Real-time tracking and management of products and stock levels
  • API Integration: Comprehensive REST API for system integration and automation
  • Admin Interface: Intuitive web-based interface for operational management
