Putaway Common Issues Since Refill is a sub-type of Putaway, it is advised that you review the most common Putaway issues first
Differences between Putaway and Refill workflows
Section titled “Differences between Putaway and Refill workflows”- Putaway is used to register incoming inventory from a delivery; Refill is used to “top up” existing bins that contain the same stock
- Putaway is used to process stock directly from a delivery, Refill is used to process stock that is obtained from either Returns or Amnesty TSUs around the site
- Both workflows use manifests to declare the expected stock where refill boolean is marked as :false for Putaway, but :true for Refill
