Refill Happy Path

The refill happy path represents the ideal scenario where stock is received, processed, and stored without issues or exceptions.

The refill workflow is most commonly used to process Returns or amnesty stock.

Note: Before any goods are put away, a refill manifest must already exist. A manifest can be marked for Refill by setting the boolean identifier for refill in manifest request as “true”. This field would be marked as “false” for standard putaway manifests.

Steps

1. Operator uses personal credentials to log in
2. Select the ‘Refill’ workflow
3. Scan Inbound TSU

   Note

   This step identifies the container from which the operative is removing stock from, so that the manifest details can be retrieved and relevant bins, called for
4. Confirm Refill task summary

   Note

   This highlights the Task Group ID as well as the number of bins that will be presented for this container​
5. Scan and confirm quantity of the displayed product
6. Continue refilling the bin until all of the stock has been processed
